Grilled Salmon Fillets in Olive Oil is an easy and delicious way to enjoy a salmon dinner. This recipe is quick and simple, yet full of flavor. It can be served with a variety of side dishes for a complete meal. The key to this recipe is to start with quality salmon fillets. The salmon should be fresh, not frozen, and have firm, moist flesh. 

The olive oil should be extra-virgin and cold-pressed. To begin, prepare the grilled salmon fish in olive oil . Rinse the fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add two tablespoons of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the salmon fillets. Cook the salmon for three to four minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

For a little extra flavor, add a few cloves of garlic and a handful of fresh herbs to the skillet with the salmon. Rosemary, thyme, and oregano all work well with salmon.
